First off I have to tell you bad news.. My data storage for this website is almost reached, so I have to upload the photos elsewhere and link them to here. The articles won't look as nice anymore but I hope it still is to your liking!
Regardless, here are 2 pictures from my way to work - I see them regularly ;)
In the library there were the usual tasks, but there was also an event for kids on friday. They made origami and it was fun to observe them being all excited and absorbed in tinkering. The results were also fun to look at :)
Furthermore I'm now in the reference library where you are not allowed to borrow the books. You have to read them in the designated area, this library is mostly used for study and research. Here you can also find the computer room.
Now for the fun part. First I'll have to sort my memories though, I was out and about a lot..

Thursday I visited the San Anton Gardens, which are not even 10 minutes by foot from my flat!
These were built and planted in the 18th century by Grand Master San Antoine de Paule to complement his summer residence.
These have been open to the public since 1882.
On the way back I explored the area around my flat :)

Friday I took the ferry to Sliema. This is one of the harbours and tourist hotspots around here. Accordingly the restaurants were pretty expensive :(
Luckily I found a nice and cheap restaurant which also has very nice decorations in my opinion.
Finally being sated I wandered around the area until it was time to take the bus home.
Saturday I got up very early and went to Golden Bay.
Upon arrival it was very empty and enjoyable, the water was also crystalclear. Around noon it got to crowded for my liking and I packed my stuff and went up the cliffs. Some time later I realized these were the same cliffs from a while back, just from the other direction!
This time I really took my time and also walked round the peninsula. Once again I found some very nice snorkeling places where I could observe a lot of fishes and nature generally. A very nice day!
On the way home I barely missed my bus and the next bus was cancelled aswell so I got cooked and grilled by the sun for almost an hour. Luckily I got only a small sunburn.
Sunday I went to the nearby area around Naxxar.
I exited at the church and wandered around for some while. After having caught a lot of Pokemons (hello there to the Go-Players ;)) I went on my way home by foot.
Along the way I of course could not keep my thirst for adventure at bay and explored some ruins which resulted in some nice views..
Monday I took a small detour to Grand Harbour and Floriana and relaxed a bit from the weekend.
Today (Tuesday) there is not much to do besides some tidying up since I get a visitor for 2 weeks from tomorrow on >:D
