Warum Ausland? / Why going abroad?

 Ich mache das Auslandspraktikum, um vor allem meine Aussprache im Englischen zu verbessern,

sowie um neue Kulturen kennen zu lernen.

Außerdem hoffe ich neue Kontakte zu knüpfen und einen anderen Blickwinkel für die Arbeit in den Bibliotheken als gewohnt zu bekommen.

Und ich will Malta kennenlernen, da es eine sehr schöne Insel sein soll :)

I'm going abroad to work on my pronouncation in English and also to learn more about different cultures apart from Germany.

I hope to meet a lot of new people and maybe even make some new friends. 

Workwise I hope to get a new perspective for libraries ;)

And I want to explore Malta aswell since it is supposedly one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean.
